Weekend Fun & Yum

Bubba caught some fish with Roy. They were all about the size of his hands, so they were throw backs.

MJ invited a friend with us and we went to the park.

 Then we came home to some Corned Beef, Cabbage, Baked Potatoes with Mushrooms and Leeks, and home-made bread.

Irish Cream Shamrock Cookies to end St. Paddy's Day.

We had such a fun time yesterday, but we are feeling it today.

Pollen count must have been up yesterday. Both kids and Roy's allergies were so bad that none of them slept much and were coughing all night. Lots of tissues, puffy eyes, and cough drops at our house this morning. I threw my back out - I was silly enough to give the girls piggy back rides. I forget I'm not young any more and that my kids are too heavy for me to pick up. Can't wait for the pollen to die down and we can enjoy outdoors again. Hope you weekend was wonderful also!

Bubba My Hunny-Bee

Bubba had his Spring Concert - Going Buggy. He was a Bee (so cute, but I'm biased). He had a duet and belted it. I'm one proud Momma. (First duet in video below.)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hope you have a wonderful Valentine's with the one's you love. I get to spend the whole day with Bubba, he has a fever (has all weekend). He's not too happy about missing the party at school though.
